Rob is a well-known banking professional, having worked his entire banking career in the Springfield, Missouri area. He is deeply involved in the local community, serving as vice-chairman of the board of directors and chairman of finance for CoxHealth, and as trustee of the board of directors for Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks. Rob is also very active with his alma mater, serving on the Missouri State University Foundation Executive Board and the College of Business Executive Advisory Board. Additionally, Rob serves on the board of directors for the Springfield-Branson National Airport. In 2016, he was a recipient of the Missourian Award, an honor given to him for his outstanding contributions to the State of Missouri in the fields of civic leadership and business. Rob was honored in 2018 with the Golden Bear Award from Missouri State University for his dedicated work to the College of Business and was also selected as a member of the Biz 100 Most Powerful and Influential Business Leaders in Springfield.

Monte oversees Commercial and Residential Lending, as well as the Credit Department at SFC Bank, while also working with business owners to assist them with their financing needs. In addition to his day-to-day activities at the bank, Monte serves on the board of directors for SFC Bank. He is very active in the community, currently serving as a board member for Lost & Found Grief Center and Hickory Hills Country Club. Monte has served on numerous local community boards, including the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Discovery Center of the Ozarks. Monte received his bachelor's in finance and MBA from Missouri State University.

Kirk is a CPA and was the former CFO and an organizer of Signature Bank when it was formed in 1997. He has a B.S. degree in accounting from San Diego State University and passed the CPA exam in one sitting during his last semester. He has six years of public accounting experience and 31 years of combined banking experience at BancorpSouth, Boatmen's Bank of Southern Missouri, and Union Bank of California. Kirk oversees the finance and accounting functions for the Bank.

Amy manages the Operations and Deposit areas of the bank. She has 30 years of experience in customer service, operations, compliance and systems. She was previously with Bank of America and BancorpSouth. She plays a critical leadership role managing the bank's Personal Bankers, Tellers and Operations department. As an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Amy is an expert regarding electronic payments. Her focus is on a high level of customer service while managing risk/fraud prevention and compliance. She serves on the Finance Committee for Habitat for Humanity, as well as the For Clients Advisory Board and Internet Solutions Advisory Board for Jack Henry and Associates.

Becky has been a commercial lender in the Springfield market for 19 years. She graduated from Missouri Southern State College with a B.S. in economics and finance. She has served as a Commissioner for the Housing Authority of Springfield. She has been involved with United Way of the Ozarks, American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the State of Missouri Blue Ribbon Panel for MHDC Tax Credit review. Becky is a volunteer for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.

Whitney provides treasury management solutions for the bank's business clients and oversees marketing efforts. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, including treasury services, retail operations, and marketing. She holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals, indicating excellence in treasury and finance. Whitney is an active member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, was named one of Springfield Business Journal's, "40 Under 40" honoree in 2002, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XV.

Heather oversees Private Banking services for the bank. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, including private banking, commercial and consumer lending, as well as retail management. Heather currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast Endowment, Inc., and the City Utilities Citizens' Advisory Council. She was named one of Springfield Business Journal's, "Most Influential Women" in 2012, an SBJ "40 Under 40" honoree in 2004, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XV.

DeAnn's work history includes both regulatory and bank experience. She was formerly employed as a Bank Examiner with the Missouri Division of Finance, followed by employment with both US Bank and BancorpSouth. Collectively, DeAnn has over 30 years of banking experience, and has been a part of the management team at SFC since the bank opened in 2008. She currently oversees management of the Loan Administration Dept. and Credit Dept. DeAnn is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University.

Tyler has been a Mortgage Lender in the Springfield area since 2007, working in all areas of the mortgage lending process. He manages all aspects of the SFC Home Loan Center and has in depth knowledge of all mortgage products available to home buyers and for home loan refinancing. Tyler is involved with the Missouri Golf Association as a member of the Player Advisory Committee, serves on the Network Program and Work Committee for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and also donates his time to Help Give Hope and local junior golf.

Jim Anderson served 26 years as President of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, retiring in 2014. From 2014 – 2017, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Public Affairs for CoxHealth. He still works part-time at CoxHealth in the areas of community relations and public affairs. Jim has enjoyed a long career in the Ozarks, where he has built strong relationships with civic, business and governmental leaders. He has received numerous awards for his leadership and excellence in business, including the Springfieldian award and The Missourian Award in 2005, Lifetime Achievement in Business Award in 2007, and many others. In 2002, Drury University awarded him the Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree, and during his tenure as President of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber was recognized as Chamber of the Year by its national professional organization in 2012. Jim currently serves as Chairman of the Board for SFC Bank.

Jan Baumgartner serves as a director and was an organizer of SFC Bank. She was a banker for 42 years in our local market. She is currently involved in several family companies and continues to serve our local community. She serves on the Drury University Board of Trustees and is Chairman of the Endowment Committee. She is also on the Cox Health Systems Board and is on the Audit Committee of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. She is a graduate of the 3rd Leadership Springfield Class, Junior League Sustainer, and was named a 2005 SBJ Influential Woman. She has served on numerous local community boards, including United Way of the Ozarks, Council of Churches, Discovery Center, and is an Elder of First and Calvary Presbyterian Church.

Bob Beine is President and CEO of Republic Ford Lincoln and President of Carthage Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. Bob is on the Ford Motor Company National Dealer Council, he serves as a director and member of the executive committee of the Missouri Automobile Dealer Association, and previously served as Chairman for the Association. He is a member of the World Presidents Organization, on the OTC Foundation board of directors, and is a member of the Southeast Rotary Club. He was awarded the Missourian Award for 2013. Bob serves as a Director of SFC Bank, and previously served as a Director of The Signature Bank.

He is also partner and founder in North Central Container of New Ulm, Inc. and Kansas Dairy Ingredients and Kansas Land Feed and Cattle. Brent is an organizer and Director of SFC Bank.

Douglas M. Hultquist is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and previously served as a tax partner with two major accounting firms. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1977 and was named a partner in 1987. In 1991, the Quad Cities office of KPMG Peat Marwick merged with McGladrey & Pullen. Mr. Hultquist served as a tax partner in the Illinois Quad Cities office of McGladrey & Pullen from 1991 until co-founding QCR Holdings in 1993. During his public accounting career, Mr. Hultquist specialized in bank taxation, taxation of closely held businesses, and mergers and acquisitions. He received his undergraduate degree from Augustana College in Accounting and Economics in 1977 and in 2009 received an Honorary Doctorate degree from the college. Mr. Hultquist served on the board of directors of the PGA TOUR John Deere Classic and was its chairman for the 2001 tournament. He is past President and CEO of QCR Holdings, Inc., past chairman of the Augustana College Board of Trustees, past president of the Quad City Estate Planning Council, past finance chairman of Butterworth Memorial Trust, past board member of the Illinois Bankers Association, and past board member of United Fire Group, Inc., and past chair of its Risk Management Committee. He is a member of the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce board of directors and Executive Committee and past chair of its board. He is a board member of the Rock Island County Children’s Advocacy Center and participates in Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Mr. Hultquist received the 1998 Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award for the Iowa and Nebraska region and was inducted into the Quad Cities Area Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2003. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Iowa Society of CPAs, and was selected as the Iowa Society of CPAs’ Outstanding CPA in Business and Industry for 2011. Mr. Hultquist was also recognized as a 2015 Male Champion of Change Honoree by Women’s Connection and the 2016 Mardi Gras King by Junior Board of Rock Island.

Larry W. Lipscomb is a former board member of Boatmen's Bank and The Signature Bank, and an advisory director of BancorpSouth Bank. Mr. Lipscomb is currently the President of eight corporations, a managing member of three LLC's, and holds his real estate license in the state of Missouri. Larry is generous in his community support and has served on several community Boards including Friends of the Zoo, Developmental Center of the Ozarks, Ozarks Council of Boy Scouts, Mayor's Task Force for Tourism, Junior League of Springfield Advisory Board, and Hickory Hills Country Club, where he formerly served as President. He is currently a board member and was past Chairman of both Cox College of Nursing and Cox Health, and also currently serves on the board for Ozark Empire Fair. He was an organizer of The Bank and SFC Bank and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of SFC Bank.

Charles H. "Charlie" O'Reilly, Jr. is Vice Chairman of O'Reilly Automotive, Inc., where he served as President for eighteen years and Chairman for six years, prior to retiring. O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. is a publicly held company which began with a single store in Missouri to a business with over 4,900 stores in 47 states, $8.6 Billion in sales, and more than 75,000 team members. Charlie is a former board member of the Missouri-Kansas Automotive Wholesaler's Association. He has been involved in many charitable organizations, including Community Partnership of the Ozarks, United Way of the Ozarks, Ozarks Fighting Back, Salvation Army, Council of Churches, and many more. He was the 2002 Missourian of the Year, 1997 Springfieldian of the Year, 1992 Philanthropist of the Year, and a 1992 Inductee into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame. Charlie is an organizer and Director of SFC Bank.

Tim O'Reilly, a graduate of Westminster College and University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law, has practiced law in Springfield, Missouri since 1995, and has served as a partner in the law firm of O'Reilly & Preston, LLC since 1999. He is also the CEO and Managing Partner of O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, which he helped launch in 2007. A Missourian Award recipient in 2017, O'Reilly has led O'Reilly Hospitality to numerous industry awards in the areas of guest service, sustainability, community outreach, design & construction, and operations excellence under the hotel franchise flags of Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice, as well as Houlihan's restaurant. Under Tim's leadership, O'Reilly Hospitality Management won the Springfield Business Journal Economic Impact Award in 2011 & 2018. Tim serves as director of QCR Holdings in Moline, IL and SFC Bank.
