A lifelong resident of the Springfield area, Monte is committed to helping clients and business owners with their financial needs. In addition to his role as President and CEO, Monte serves on the board of directors for SFC Bank. He is very active in the community, currently serving as a board member for Lost & Found Grief Center, Hickory Hills Country Club and Care to Learn. Monte has served on numerous local community boards, including the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Discovery Center of the Ozarks. Monte received his bachelor's in finance and MBA from Missouri State University.

Amy manages the Operations and Deposit areas of the bank. She has 30 years of experience in customer service, operations, compliance and systems. She was previously with Bank of America and BancorpSouth. She plays a critical leadership role managing the bank's Personal Bankers, Tellers and Operations department. As an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Amy is an expert regarding electronic payments. Her focus is on a high level of customer service while managing risk/fraud prevention and compliance. She serves on the Finance Committee for Habitat for Humanity, as well as the For Clients Advisory Board and Internet Solutions Advisory Board for Jack Henry and Associates.

Becky has been a commercial lender in the Springfield market for 19 years. She graduated from Missouri Southern State College with a B.S. in economics and finance. She has served as a Commissioner for the Housing Authority of Springfield. She has been involved with United Way of the Ozarks, American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the State of Missouri Blue Ribbon Panel for MHDC Tax Credit review. Becky is a volunteer for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.

Whitney provides treasury management solutions for the bank's business clients and oversees marketing efforts. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, including treasury services, retail operations, and marketing. She holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals, indicating excellence in treasury and finance. Whitney is an active member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, was named one of Springfield Business Journal's, "40 Under 40" honoree in 2002, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XV.

Heather oversees Private Banking services for the bank. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, including private banking, commercial and consumer lending, as well as retail management. Heather currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast Endowment, Inc., and the City Utilities Citizens' Advisory Council. She was named one of Springfield Business Journal's, "Most Influential Women" in 2012, an SBJ "40 Under 40" honoree in 2004, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XV.

Meridith currently oversees management of the Loan Administration and Credit Departments for SFC Bank. She is a graduate of Missouri State University and has accumulated more than 25 years of banking experience in the Springfield area. Meridith has been involved as a volunteer with United Way, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, and also served as a board member for One Missing Link.

DeAnn's work history includes both regulatory and bank experience. She was formerly employed as a Bank Examiner with the Missouri Division of Finance, followed by employment with both US Bank and BancorpSouth. Collectively, DeAnn has over 30 years of banking experience, and has been a part of the management team at SFC since the bank opened in 2008. She currently oversees management of the Loan Administration Dept. and Credit Dept. DeAnn is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University.

Senior Vice President - Residential Lending Manager
Tyler has been a Mortgage Lender in the Springfield area since 2007, working in all areas of the mortgage lending process. He manages all aspects of the SFC Home Loan Center and has in depth knowledge of all mortgage products available to home buyers and for home loan refinancing. Tyler is involved with the Missouri Golf Association as a member of the Player Advisory Committee, serves on the Network Program and Work Committee for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, is a Twin Oaks Country Club board member, and he also donates his time to Help Give Hope and local junior golf.

Jim Anderson served 26 years as President of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, retiring in 2014. From 2014 – 2017, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Public Affairs for CoxHealth. He still works part-time at CoxHealth in the areas of community relations and public affairs. Jim has enjoyed a long career in the Ozarks, where he has built strong relationships with civic, business and governmental leaders. He has received numerous awards for his leadership and excellence in business, including the Springfieldian award and The Missourian Award in 2005, Lifetime Achievement in Business Award in 2007, and many others. In 2002, Drury University awarded him the Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree, and during his tenure as President of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber was recognized as Chamber of the Year by its national professional organization in 2012. Jim currently serves as Chairman of the Board for SFC Bank.

He is also partner and founder in North Central Container of New Ulm, Inc. and Kansas Dairy Ingredients and Kansas Land Feed and Cattle. Brent is an organizer and Director of SFC Bank.

Todd A. Gipple is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) who began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1985. After a 14-year career in public accounting, he joined QCR Holdings in January of 2000, where he currently performs as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as a Director of Quad City Bank & Trust and Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. Mr. Gipple has been affiliated with numerous community and non-profit organizations and is a current member on the Audit Committee for the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend, the board of directors of SAL Family and Community Services, the board of directors of the Scott County family YMCA, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Tim O'Reilly, a graduate of Westminster College and University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law, has practiced law in Springfield, Missouri since 1995, and has served as a partner in the law firm of O'Reilly & Preston, LLC since 1999. He is also the CEO and Managing Partner of O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, which he helped launch in 2007. A Missourian Award recipient in 2017, O'Reilly has led O'Reilly Hospitality to numerous industry awards in the areas of guest service, sustainability, community outreach, design & construction, and operations excellence under the hotel franchise flags of Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice, as well as Houlihan's restaurant. Under Tim's leadership, O'Reilly Hospitality Management won the Springfield Business Journal Economic Impact Award in 2011 & 2018. Tim serves as director of QCR Holdings in Moline, IL and SFC Bank.

Tim Stack, a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, is a Springfield native and Executive Vice President of SRC Holdings, Inc. Tim serves on the Executive Committee of the Child Advocacy Center Board of Directors, as Board President for Think Big Foundation, and is also a Play for Springfield board member. Mr. Stack has also served on the United Way Board of Directors and was past President of the Ozarks Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Noel Boyd has served on the boards of many successful financial institutions in Missouri including: The Signature Bank, The Bank, Empire Bank, Pleasant Hope Bank, Bank of Bolivar, Front Range Bank, and Trust Company of the Ozarks. Noel is generous with his leadership, as is he also past Chair and current Board Member of the Ozark Empire Fair Foundation and a current Missouri State University Foundation Trustee. Noel previously served as Vice-Chairman of SFC Bank and was our founder.

Charles H. "Charlie" O'Reilly, Jr. served as O’Reilly Automotive, Inc.’s President for eighteen years and Chairman for six years, prior to retiring. O’Reilly Automotive, Inc. is a publicly held company which began with a single store in Missouri to a business with over 5,420 stores in 47 states, $9.5 Billion in sales, and more than 82,000 team members. Charlie is a former board member of the Missouri-Kansas Automotive Wholesaler’s Association. He has been involved in many charitable organizations, including Community Partnership of the Ozarks, United Way of the Ozarks, Ozarks Fighting Back, Salvation Army, Council of Churches, and many more. He was the 2002 Missourian of the Year, 1997 Springfieldian of the Year, 1992 Philanthropist of the Year, and a 1992 Inductee into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame.
