She has more than 30 years of banking experience, including treasury services, retail operations, and marketing. She holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals, indicating excellence in treasury and finance. Whitney is an active member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, was named one of Springfield Business Journal's, "40 Under 40" honoree in 2002, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XV.

James is active in our community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks.

Holly currently serves as the Treasury Management Specialist. After supporting her local community over 30 years, she started at SFC Bank as a Personal Banker and Treasury Specialist in 2018. She brings a wide range of experience to her position at, including her organizational, communication, and customer service experience with a variety of organizations. She oversees every aspect of her commercial clients' deposit accounts to ensure all their needs are met. Attention to detail and a strong commitment toward quality service, make her a valuable resource to her clients and the bank.
